Brandon Grundy
Brandon Grundy is the founder and Principal of Ridgeview Financial Planning. He has over twenty years of experience within the financial services industry, managing investments for clients and helping them plan their financial future. During this time he has worked for brokerage firms, conducted workshops, and worked with a variety of clients. Brandon has a passion for planning and investment management and felt compelled to start Ridgeview Financial Planning after growing frustrated with the state of the financial services industry. The balance had shifted too far away from clients so Brandon decided to do something about it.
Brandon is very happily married (nearly 30 years) and a father of two children. When not spending time with his family he enjoys being outdoors, playing guitar and ukulele, running and paddling. Brandon is an ultra marathon runner and has completed events up to 100K. But after all his running, Brandon's funnest event yet was a local 10K with his wife and kids. Brandon also competes in ultra distance paddling events on a stand-up paddleboard, kayak, and surf ski.
Brandon also has a passion for education and strives to continually learn and improve himself. He earned a BS/Finance and holds the following securities licenses: 63 & 65. He has held the Series 6, 7, 9, 10, and California insurance license.
Brandon is a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor and a Certified Financial Planner®. CFP® professionals earn this industry-leading designation by completing education and testing requirements, as well as ongoing requirements for continuing education. CFPs also adhere to a Code of Conduct and a Code of Ethics.
Brandy Mills
Brandy began her career working in the banking industry at the age of 16 where she won 2nd place in the State of Ohio Business Professionals of America contest for banking concepts. After college, she began working for a young, new county prosecutor that she followed into general practice and stayed with him for twenty years. Shortly afterwards she entered the financial industry as a financial advisor’s assistant for seven years before joining Ridgeview Financial Planning.
Brandy comes from a large extended family and was raised by her grandmother who she says, “gave me all the willpower to be as strong and ornery as I am”. As a former military family member, Brandy’s passions are supporting our U.S. Veterans and helping people and animals in need. She also enjoys cooking, sewing, spending time outdoors or at the beach with her husband, two sons, a dog and four cats.
